1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak times (launch periods, promotions, holidays), processing may take an additional day, but we always aim for the fastest dispatch.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

For orders under $45, standard shipping rates apply (calculated at checkout)

Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days after your order ships.
3. EXPEDITED SHIPPING (OPTIONAL)
Customers may select faster shipping during checkout.
Options may include:

Rates are shown at checkout based on your address.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

Real-time updates
Tracking may take 12–24 hours to activate after dispatch.
5. WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

The carrier may return the package to us.

We will reship it to the corrected address, but reshipping cost will be charged to the customer.

Shilee is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your order shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Check with neighbors or building management

Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers pre-scan early)

Contact the carrier directly
If it’s still missing after these steps, email us, we’ll assist on a case-by-case basis.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not yet available.
We will expand to global markets soon.
