Shilee didn’t start as a trend idea. It started as a personal frustration.
Like most high-performing people in their 20s and 30s, I was doing everything “right” on paper: working hard, chasing goals, staying disciplined; yet energy crashes, mental fatigue, stress, and burnout were always lurking in the background. Supplements were everywhere, but most felt either over-hyped, under-dosed, or straight-up untrustworthy.
Ancient adaptogens like Shilajit, Ashwagandha, and Tongkat Ali kept showing up in real research, real traditions, and real results, but the products on the market were a mess. Bitter resins. Questionable sourcing. Candy-loaded gummies. Big promises with zero transparency.
So instead of settling, I decided to build what didn’t exist.
