1. RETURNS & REFUNDS (30-DAY PROMISE)

If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your order.

  • Opened products cannot be returned due to health, safety, and FDA regulations.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

We will process a free replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

3. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges due to product safety rules.

If you need a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.

After this time, the order may already be packed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

In such cases, the product will follow our standard refund/return policy.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For non-damaged returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you received a damaged/defective product, return shipping is FREE.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, Shilee only offers refunds and returns for U.S. customers.

International return support will be added as we expand.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

Email our support team at:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if product is damaged)

Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with next steps.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FDA Regulations)

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Any opened product

  • Any product with broken seals

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Free gifts or promotional items

9. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive your returned package and inspect it, your refund will be processed within:

  • 3–5 business days for most banks

  • 7–10 business days during peak seasons

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
